yes MovieNow its only for raspberry pi (Rpi4 & Rpi3 is recommended) !maseline_98 wrote: ↑Fri May 01, 2020 9:54 pmI'm completely new to this and stumbled onto this site while reading about "Movie Posters App". It seems this is only for a Raspberry Pi? No Windows or Android support?
Also...if only Pi...is that v3 or v4 or both?
I apologize for my n00bness...

Oraid just a suggestion but why don't you put somewhere on the site banner something like "MovieNow is for the use with raspberry pi only, models Rpi3 & Rpi4 are recommended !"

Re: Installation Guide (MovieNow Ver 3.0)
HI there, so I just downloaded and install v3 app onto a Rpi zero. all went smooth. Connected to wifi, can see Movienow in my Fing and able to get to it from my browser, however all I see (both on TV and the web browser) is a black screen with "this theater features.. DTS.... etc" on the bottom of the screen. There's no options for further config at all. Can anyone help please.

So I must have either Plex or kodi setup in order for the app to display posters? I was under the impression it works “out of the box” with some preloaded posters, no?
Thanks!
